How Orchestrio handles information.

Information you provide

Orchestrio may store account details such as your email address and display name, along with the project information you choose to enter.

This can include activities, tasks, members and invitations, notes, milestones, budgets, payment-planning information and project or profile images where those features are used.

Information collected automatically

Authentication and session information is handled through Supabase. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device details, and service logs.

We do not display advertising. On the production site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, when enabled, to understand page visits, traffic sources and a small set of product actions. Our event payloads contain action names only. We remove query strings, fragments and private route identifiers from analytics URLs, and exclude authentication callback and invitation URLs. We do not send names, emails, project titles, notes or payment amounts in these events.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide and secure Orchestrio, authenticate accounts, save and synchronise projects, support collaboration, troubleshoot errors, maintain the service and send service-related communications.

Service providers

Orchestrio uses Supabase for database, authentication and supported storage services, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their infrastructure services.

Orchestrio does not sell your information. Project information may be visible to other members of the project when you invite or otherwise authorise them.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained while it is needed to provide the service, operate the product and meet applicable operational or legal obligations. Deletion and recovery behaviour may depend on the product feature involved.

You can update available account and project information in the product. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Orchestrio using the privacy contact below.

Security

Orchestrio uses reasonable technical and organisational measures and trusted infrastructure providers to protect information. No online service can guarantee that information will be completely secure.
